Refund & Cancellation Policy

DazzlingDiva Digital is operated by Dazzling Diva (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-KR-03-0588815). This policy applies to all digital products sold on this website, such as software, licences, ebooks and PDFs.

Cancellations: Digital products are delivered within minutes of a successful payment. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made and the product or licence key has been delivered.

Refunds: Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are given only if the product is defective, does not work as described, or was not delivered. To request a refund, email digital@dazzlingdiva.co.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the problem. If the refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We want you to feel confident about every purchase. Some of our products come with their own money-back guarantee or a longer refund period, and when they do, you'll find it clearly stated on the product page. That offer is yours to use, in addition to this policy.

Not covered: We understand that plans change. As digital products can't be returned once delivered, we're unable to offer refunds for a change of mind or for buying the wrong product, unless the product page offers a money-back guarantee. If you're unsure whether a product is right for you, just write to us before you buy and we'll gladly help.
